| Introduction | I love to write to escape - not that my life isn't good but sometimes I just want to travel somewhere else and talk to people that I admire. I find that writing lets me do that. I used to write a lot when I was young but after falling off a horse and landing on my head I thought I had lost my imagination. Also being heavily involved with the SPCA for over 25 years and working full time for 31 years I really haven't had much energy for hobbies. When I retired from the SPCA I had time to reflect and stories came to me! I wrote them as Fanfic for a few years until my husband (who doesn't read them!) suggested I put them on here. I don't know if they are good or not. My family and friends are kind and say they enjoy them. To date I have written several romantic horse racing stories and an Elvis Presley Fanfic. There is nothing I would rather do that write at the moment so I am happy to have rediscovered my old hobby. |
