| Introduction | My name is Sally, but when I was a child my mother sometimes called me "Sassy", so I've chosen Sassy for my blog. My husband's name is "Duck" (actually his name is Donald, but he'll always just be Duck to me). Our family consists of Hattie and Brion (our children); Scott (son-in-law); Alicia (daughter-in-law); Bella (granddaughter); and Jarred (arriving in May). We live in Hanover, PA, not far from the Gettysburg Battlefield and the beautiful South Mountains. Duck and I love Gettysburg and have spent many hours exploring the battlefield and surrounding area. Going east from Hanover about an equal distance is York, PA. York is also historic and was our country's first capital for a short time. Being history buffs, we are blessed to live in such a history-rich area. |
