| Introduction | The road to being diagnosed with Vaginismus, let alone overcoming it, has been a long, emotional and often quite frankly ridiculous one. When I was starting the journey, the only things I could find online seemed to me to be either alienatingly dry and clinical, or (naturally) emotional but without much substance. I wanted to write something that I would have found helpful and also, hopefully, quite human. I hope it is useful to others. On the main page is the full blog, underneath this little section is a list of pages that are designed to help people investigating vaginismus.
