Introduction	Ruth Macdougall is an environmental artist from Scotland, born in Glasgow, 1981. After studying for a year at the Academie Libanais des beaux Arts(ALBA) in Beirut, she studied Envirnonmental Art at the Glasgow School of Art and graduated in 2004 with a First Class Honors degree. She has studied and travelled extensively in South America and works primarly in site specific interventions and lens based media.
