Introduction	I grew up playing all different types of sports from your american favorite of baseball to lacrosse and water polo in high school. Like many active athletes, it never really dawned on me the importance of it all, the real reasons and science behind why we need an active lifestyle to stay healthy. It was in college where i found my love for the science of health. I have taken a vast amount of health and science classes in college but it is also what i have learned outside the classroom that has given me so much valuable information. It is with this knowledge that i found what i truely wanted to do in my life and it is to help and show others that living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be overwhelming. I am currently working toward my degree in Occupational Therapy and it is with this degree and knowledge that i plan on spreading as much information on the benefits of health to as many people as i can.
