Introduction	I'm 30 years old and work as a Registered Nurse at a local Children's Hospital. I have been blessed beyond measure with not only a second chance at life by being healed from cancer when I was a child but God has had His amazing hand all over my life. I am the proud wife to the man who has made my dreams come true, Mike Kirkland. And we are expecting a baby girl at the end of 2012. We live in a home in LIberty Twsp and have a beautiful black lab puppy, Raven. People always say I "you should write a book", so I decided to start with a blog. We'll see!!! Thanks for reading!

Favorite movies	like a movie that makes you feel better about life when you are done watching it, a movie you can get comsumed by. The Notebook, Hope Floats, A Walk to Remember, Sound of Music, West Side Story, Facing the Giants, Flywheel, Moulin Rouge, Fireproof, One Night with the King
Favorite music	I love Jeremy Camp, Matt Redman, Ginny Owens, Matthew West, Norah Jones, Elina, and Tyrone Wells, Upstart, and so many basically any contemporary Christian music!
Favorite books	I have 3 favorite books: Silver Boxes by Florence Littauer, The Perfect Heart by Dawn Billings and The Ultimate Gift by Jim Stoval, and My Sister's Keeper is up on the list as well! I enjoy books that you learn something from and are better after you read them. Although I can get caught up in the occasional fiction Nicholas Sparks novel!
