| Introduction | I joined Glenmont Partners in May 2007 as Managing General Partner. Over the course of my investment career, I have held impact roles with companies across the investment landscape. Prior to joining Glenmont, I served as Principal with Counter Point Ventures(CPV). My duties involved all areas of the investment process; from deal flow to due diligence, expansion through exit. During my tenure, CPV invested in 14 companies where I served as the primary due diligence engine. Prior to joining CPV, I was a Principal with Executive Venture Partners in Rochester, NY, a for-profit incubator formed to commercialize technologies spun out of local universities. I served as the point person on all activities related to developing b-plans and decks, go-to-market strategies, evaluation of rev models and capital mobilization. I am a frequent speaker at colleges, grad schools and law schools, a regular panelist at the RPI/CEG Venture B-Plan Series, a mentor to the U-Start Incubator at Union College and Skidmore College, Board member to the Tech Valley Angel Network, a mentor to CEO’s in the CEG’s CEOConnex program Business Advisory Council member at Skidmore College. |
