| Introduction | I am one of those people who are talking about industry transformation as observers - not one of those who rolled up the sleeves and actually started a company such as Instabridge, Uber or Spotify. I have my 20 years of education to blame for that – it’s not easy to give up the stability. Being an observer of industrial transformation, I have however contributed to the technological progress that enables this transformation.
