| Introduction | I am a Christian. I am a wife. I am a mother. In college majored in nursing and I met my wonderful husband, James. We married just a few days before we started our senior year. After graduation James started medical school. I worked as a nurse for 2 years, but then something wonderful happened. We had our first child!! Luther was born Oct 19th 2006. I am now at home taking care of him and loving it!! I always wanted to be a stay at home mom (nursing was just my back up plan). Luther is such a blessing and a joy to be around. He keeps me busy, but I have never enjoyed my work more. As for the future, we will be moving when James graduates(May 08) for him to do a residency and then onto the mission field from there. We both have felt called to missions for many years. When James finishes all of his training, we plan to be career missionaries. Update: James is in his first year of residency and we have a baby girl: Pearl Carolee born August 1st 2008. Update: James is in his 3rd year of residency. Luther is 4, Pearl is 2 and we have a 3rd little blessing- Calvin was born July 2010. |
