| Introduction | In 2011 I had a revelation. I realised that my partner, Emma is superior to me in all respects and all the time and effort I spent resisting her controlling nature and arguing with her decisions would have been better spent on working as hard as possible to make her happy. Since accepting her superiority, I have been a far more attentive and helpful partner and our relationship is blossoming. We are soon to be married and I hope for a life of blissful servitude. I want to take things as far as possible in this direction and would be happy for her to take other lovers. In fact I would consider it a privilege to be able to pamper her and prepare her for a date, pay for the date and spend the night cleaning the house and doing chores. Whether any of this happens is entirely up to Emma. Although I would like to be treated like a doormat in many respects, I would still like our relationship to be filled with love and understanding. There are challenges ahead and this is all new to me, since I have previously been very assertive in relationships. This blog will document our progress. Feel free to comment. |
