Introduction	Engineer turned chemistry teacher who found running in 2004 and in 2007 triathlons. I was hooked after my first race. I love the competition with myself and with others. I love pushing my body to places I never thought would be possible. I coach girls cross country and distance track. It's great pushing others to get to their goals.
