| Introduction | Turning 27 in 2009, really made me think where I am in life and where I am planning on going. I was a month into 2010, when I really became intrested in FINALLY doing something about my weight, I carry it pretty well and no one believes I am 185lbs. I have certain features that I love and others that I wish to change. I have never enjoyed working out but recently discovered that running events get me motivated. I am setting realistic goals (not looking to be 115 lbs like high school) and making changes in my eating habits. Im looking at it like a lifestyle change and through my own eyes allowing myself the opportunity to experince new adventures. I am sure I will make some mistakes along the way but this blog has inspired me to become just who I want to be. Looking forward to a great 2010 in the blog world! |
