| Introduction | I'm a clay artist and potter for over 20 years. I love to play in the clay. It felt like something I was meant to do from the very first time I touched the clay. I make pots that want to be held. The colors and textures in nature inspire me. I love to garden so if I'm not playing in the clay I'm playing in the yard. Getting my hands dirty has never been a problem for me. I've also taken up acrylic painting (which I love) and paint scenes of my gardens. Sometimes the occasional dragon! I've been selling my pots in my local area for years and have developed a following. People come to the shop looking for unique gifts for themselves or to give. Christmas open house is always fun with many coming to do their shopping and to have hot cider and the best chocolate chip cookies on the planet! I started selling on Etsy in Feb 2010. and have really been enjoying that experience. |
