| Introduction | I serve firms by helping them become more profitable.I began my career as Director of Education and Development and OD work in large companies. 20 years ago I entered private practice serving organizations of all types in several countries around the globe. Manufacturing firms, the Iraq oil ministry, the U.S. State department, Universities, and service industries. Having severed the corporate grind and having hired consultants myself, I know what I liked and what added value to my organization. Many will tell you I'm a doctor of business. Which means, I do not have a "one size fit's all" cure for every firm I work with. Through the process of discovery, I’m able to accurately diagnoses the problems that exist.I take a holistic view of organizations and recommend or apply needed treatment for sustained growth. As a gifted speaker and communicator I can help my clients see the picture and work to assist them in their quest for success. Although I teach and educate the firms I work with, I do much more.
