| Introduction | a mom on a mission to share my CHD journey with the world..... My name is Julia. I am a wife and proud mother to 2 girls ages 6 and 3. My oldest daughter Lily was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) at 24 weeks gestation. She has completed the 3-staged surgical repair and is living and thriving with this CHD.
