| Introduction | My name is Michele. I am a wife, a mother, a daughter and a friend. I am a survivor. My husband, Niels, my best friend and the love of my life had a terrible secret, he is a porn/sex addict. From the early age of 6 yrs old, he was introduced to this world of filth and lies, and had no way out. He told me he had a problem with porn, but, I had NO IDEA. It has been a harrowing ordeal, one that has strengthened my faith and testimony in The Lord, Jesus Christ. We have three amazing children, who have been through it all. They are survivors. They are my angels from heaven, for they are what saved me in the darkest days. Niels, has found help, he is in recovery, 317 days, thanks to his will to fight Satan and his minions. This, we hope, will be a story of hope and somewhere to come and know that you are NOT ALONE IN THIS STRUGGLE!!! It is REAL AND EVIL. We must fight together and hold each other up, whether our spouses find healing or not. This happens to both men and women, evil has no regard to gender. This is our intention, to share our journey of the last 26 yrs, helping all of us to heal and find joy in this life!! You've got a friend in US!! Niels and Michele |
