IntroductionA recent interior design grad, living in downtown Vancouver with my beautiful wife and our two temperamental hairballs, Mulder and Cleo. I became a triathlete on August 4th 2007 when I completed the My First Triathlon sprint tri in Harrison Mills. Currently training through the off-season for the Subaru Canada Sprint series in Summer 2008. This blog is a record of my progress and training, plus the occasional sarcastic observation on life, the universe, and whatever else catches my fancy.

If you were a pirate, how would you avoid laughing when saying 'poop deck'?
