Introduction	My name is John Rinkenbaugh. I started in cable television in 1974. Except for 3 years in public relations I've worked almost exclusively in television news since graduating college in 1978. Then I had the great fortune to purchase a running store in the summer of 2014, Run Florida On McGregor I love track and field, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, the Grateful Dead, and my wife The Czarina, not necessarily in that order.
