Introduction In 1991 I was diagnosed with celiac disease. For years I struggled to find anything to eat that tasted good. There were not nearly as many helpful resources back then as there are now. I began to play around with recipes in my favorite cookbooks like Donna Hay and Martha Stewart learning to convert recipes to gluten free. I would love to share my passion for gluten free cooking, family meals, and things “kitchen” here. I hope you will find it inspiring!
