Introduction	I lead a pretty hectic life, but strive to keep it all under control. Work is demanding for Monica and me and requires a lot of time, but it's worth it. Somehow I have become inspired by the challenges in the world around us to not sit back, but instead challenge myself. I believe there are lots of late 30-40 somethings out there stressing over the economy and work and like them, I too stress. Triathlon training has become my outlet and if I can at least succeed at starting the race I will be better off than I am today. Imagine if I can finish it! Well, I did finish it... And I am on to number 3...
