Introduction	The catholic biblical institute with ecumenical outreach - under the patronage of the Immaculate Conception Co-Cathedral and Divine Word Missionaries - Chicago Province was founded in September 2004 by Dr. Naomi Franklin (PHD in Jewish Scriptures at Duke University) and Fr. Bernard Latus, SVD (Co-ordinator of the Catholic Biblical Federation in the Caribbean) The Institute is located in the Parish Centre on East Independence Square in Basseterre, St. Kitts.
