Introduction	I grew up in the US, on the east coast, in a Greek immigrant family. Over 20 years ago, I moved to Greece, on my own. I’ve been here ever since, a quiet observer in and around the streets of Athens. Trying to make sense of the recent chaos, seeking to gain new perspectives on the changes I see and experience. MARCH 2020: I began this blog in 2012, in an effort to observe and chronicle my personal experiences of living in new realities occurring in Athens (in all of Greece), due to the effects of the devastating financial crisis. After a gap of a few years, I revived the blog to offer new reflections on an ever-changing society. And soon afterwards, the coronavirus crisis hit. This is my story of yet another crisis, this one even bigger than the last. @GigiAthens
