Introduction	Started on my weight loss journey on 20th August, 2008, have been overweight for as long as I can remember and now my health is suffering, on Saturday 29th November, I will be having a Laproscopic Gastric Banding down, this will help me attain a long lost goal I have been striving for all my life. My GOAL WEIGHT and thus a healthy me.
