Introduction	I ventured into the world of endurance sports in 2003 when I signed up to run my first marathon. Little did I know that one marathon would turn into a lifestyle and a love for endurance sports and racing. Over the many miles I've covered I have met some of the most talented and ambitious people; people whom I’m fortunate enough to call my friends. I feel fortunate to have found a hobby I enjoy and that makes me happy; one that fulfills my desire to be challenged and experience life in a new way. The goals I set for myself enable me to find out what I'm made of and have showed me that with desire, effort and commitment anything is possible.
