| Introduction | A Texas girl born and raised, I am a homeschooling mommy to three beautiful little ones. I have Multiple Sclerosis and my husband is in remission from his brain cancer. We struggle daily with our illnesses but through the grace of God we have learned to cherish and love everything that God allows us to experience in our daily lives. I love the lost arts of sewing and quilting, scrap booking, old movies like the original Yours, Mine and Ours and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, sunsets, feeling the wind on my face, sushi, photography, losing myself in a good read, writing, baking, cooking, organizing, laying on the grass staring at the clouds, hearing the birds sing in the morning, flowers, garden fresh tomatoes with salt, the smell of fresh basil and rosemary, pasta making, gardening, quiet walks by myself, quiet personal time with the Lord and so much more. |
