Introduction	Hello there! First of all let me thank you for visiting my blog. My name is Shoba Sathisan Menon, but to those who are close it’s Shobu. I’m residing with family at Kochi in Kerala. During my early years I have seen that my mother used to make a variety of dishes for the family which were healthy and tasty. I started cooking by taking recipes from my mom’s cook book and later ventured into making dishes with my own inputs. But after the marriage, my main inspiration was husband and later my children and their spouses. They motivated me to try out more dishes. My grandson too is a big fan of mine now and I always oblige him with dishes he likes. In addition to the above, I am getting all encouragement from my nieces and nephews. I have turned to cooking so as to shred my occasional boredom and takes immense pleasure in that. Since I am a South Indian I pursue making mainly South Indian dishes. Please try out my recipes; I’d love to hear your feedback.
