| Introduction | As a self taught chef and baker, I love to experiment and explore the world of food. Some consider me to be a food snob because I'm usually the one in the group who sends food back and is always looking for flavors that I have never tasted. I am currently an Italian and chemistry student at the University of Texas and have been pushing the limits of my culinary and pastry abilities for most of my life. I like simplicity in food but it must be almost perfectly executed. I believe that anyone can cook. All you have to do is be willing to learn and have a true passion for taking raw ingredients and turning them into something exciting. |
