| Introduction | Wayne-O is a 'young' cycling fanatic from South Wales. Married to Diane 'Dido' Poulton and having 3 awesome boys, it's amazing he has so much time for cycling! Apart from cycling Wayne-O spends a lot of time watching most sports (apart from American ones ironically)and laying down justice. The America trip has been in the planning stages for a number of years, mainly being delayed by me (Neil) and Anna getting married in 2006 and Huw & Emma getting married in 2007. However, with Gareth already married to Hele, the calender is clear for 2008. |
