| Introduction | Ryan & Brenda Phillips are Missionaries to the country of Mexico. For the past 5 years they have been living and working in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas. Their ministry, Phillips Missions International has touched hundreds of lives through evangelistic crusades and outreaches all over Mexico. Throughout the year they work with local Pastors, helping to encourage them in their work and providing evangelism training to their church members and establishing discipleship cell groups. They also host missions groups from the U.S. to come and host evangelistic crusades in an effort to reach villages and out-of-the-way areas that haven't had much if any exposure to the Gospel.
