| Introduction | Hi! My name is Kiara, and I am a student the wonderful Mississippi State University. I started Weight Watchers back in late January, and have seen progress. Even though my family is health conscious and always reads about health, we have a horrible relationship with food. Happy, sad, mad, depressed, tired, excited, funerals, weddings - it doesn't matter, we're eatin'. I'm fortunate enough to have a few family members on the plan with me, so we're all getting healthier together. Yay for family! |
