Introduction	I am a commercial interior designer who loves to garden & cook. I was born & raised in Colorado. I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance in October of 2008. My intolerance surfaced thru eczema, which I've had since I can remember. Within weeks of being gluten and casein free, my skin was almost 100% healed. Amazing.... I feel like a whole new woman! I'm passionate about Local & Organic Food, Gardening & Cooking Food that doesn't taste like it's missing anything.
