| Introduction | I was just told I have high blood pressure, or hypertension. It’s not so surprising, given that both my parents have it, but it isn’t exactly great news, since I’m only 30 years old. Not to mention I’m single, meaning I cook for one, often relying on prepackaged foods and eating out more than I should. And while I’m not overweight, I’d never be mistaken for an athlete. This blog is my adventure into mitigating my health risks, knowing that I’ll never be a health nut. |
