| Introduction | lived & worked as a teacher of 2nd grade at an International school in Bangkok, Thailand. My husband died in 2005 suddenly while at the hospital for a routine check-up. He didn't go because something was wrong. In June of 09 my son & I returned to the US because he has never lived here. I felt that he needed to get to know some of his family & the culture here. It has been a difficult year with extreme cold, different foods, different school, & few friends. Americans are very busy people and we come from a society that is very slow-paced. Rich interactions with people are very important to us. This year I have been volunteering at Pratan's school in the library. I have 3 other children living in the Greensburg area. My parents and my husband's parents also live in that area. |
| Favorite movies | Just saw Blindside enjoyed that. I enjoy a variety of movies, but not horror. My mind brings them to life and I relive them. |
| Favorite music | Zach Brown Band, Point of Grace are my 2 favorites at the time. I like lots of different sounds. |
| Favorite books | Recently I've been into historical fiction, but I like to try books from a lot of different authors & genres. |
