Introduction	I am economist from National Major Peruvian San Marcos University. Also, I am graduated at the International Master in Asian and Pacific Studies with concentration in China, in the National Chengchi University from Taiwan, mainly covering the areas of economy, economic development and international relations. I had made diverse consulting about oil, mining and natural resources about Latin America, Africa, Europe and Asia for international organizations such as World Bank, United Nations, Revenue Watch, WWF and so on. Also I have expertise in diverse areas of public policies in public and private institutions such as Ministry of Labor, the Republic’s Congress, National Institution of Statistic, Central Bank, private and public universities, Desco, Otra Mirada and other private and public center of research.
