Introduction	Jennifer Holder is a food, travel and cultural enthusiast. She has traveled throughout North and Central America as well as to Europe. Her destinations have brought her to a deep appreciation as to how cultural differences enrich our lives with specific interest in the areas of food, music, personal interactions and the arts. Holder relocated to Montreal QC, in 2003 from Winnipeg where she graduated with a Bachelors in Environmental design and is a co-founder of the Montreal “Grub-Club”.
