Introduction	We are a family of Nerds, and proud of it. Things get pretty hectic what with four children, one dog, one cat, two guinea pigs, a host of fish, a thriving PC Repair and Sales business, but in our spare time, we like to research survival/homesteading/sustainable living/insert whatever description you are comfortable with here. We're not apocalypse nuts, but we DO believe in being prepared for any situation, and in this day of massive consumerism, it makes sense to make use of what you have, right? Here, I hope to share with you pretty much whatever is in my head at the time - about family, life, society, technology, survivalism, and whatever else grabs me at the time.
