Introduction	We decided to become foster-adopt parents over a year ago... this is where the journey begins. The process itself took about 6 months: classes, paperwork, reference checks, home studies, etc. Prior to starting the technical process we had countless conversations with one another - Is this for us? Why are we doing this? Will our 95lb, 10 yr old rescue dog be ok with this? What will this mean for our family? We became licensed in June of this year. Our first foster baby arrived on Wednesday, July 29th.
