Introduction	I am a fifty-six year old African-American male born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland.I hold degrees in chemistry and physics,I work in the Bal. Pub. Sch. Sys. as a substitute teacher at a senior high school in Bal.,I have worked with BCPSS for approx.some fifteen years; and I am presently working towards teacher's certification and a master of art in teaching at the graduate level at Coppin State University hopefully in secondary education. My goal in this class is to understand and become knowledgeable about the need for literacy instruction in education.I am a Vet!
