Introduction	My name is Deanna, and I love everything vintage! I have been married to my best friend for 23 years, and we have two beautiful daughters. I became a stay-at-home mom two years ago to homeschool my youngest daughter. She was just not getting the education she needed in public school at the time. We caught her up to grade level, and she returned to public school, then fell behind yet again. She is now a permanent homeschooler and doing extremely well! Painting furniture and antiquing are two of my favorite hobbies when not teaching. So I started picking furniture off of the curb to save it from the trash monster and refinishing it. This is when “My Happy Place” was born!
