Introduction	What two things would I say I was never really into? Trying new foods, and traveling. My parents can vouch for the fact that as a child, I hated supper time, and the sight of green peas on my plate would bring me to tears. My husband can vouch for the fact that during one particularly unfortunate travel experience, I think he seriously contemplated leaving me in the airport in Puerto Rico. (Thanks for not doing it!) In light of all of this, it only makes sense (HA!) to be going to South Korea...and that is why this trip MUST be documented.
