Favorite music	Fado, Native Hawaiian, Johnny Cash and Roy Orbison, k.d. lang, Northern Lights, anything Yves Montand ever sang, and Beethoven's 9th gets me going when I'm tired
Favorite books	Jenny by Robert Nathan, Lost Horizon by James Hilton, Oblomov by Ivan Goncharov, and Russian literature in general.
