Introduction I'm allergic to wheat, spelt, barley, and rye, and gluten intolerant. I am also allergic to yeast, dairy, tomatoes, and egg whites. I am a plant based omnivore, heavy on the plants. My style of cooking? Seasonal gluten free whole food for real people that's been influenced by global cuisine, my own travels, and over 20 years as a natural foods/living professional.
