| Introduction | I am a partner at Pasifika Immigration Law Group, LLP. Our main office is in Fresno, California, but we also offer in-person consultations in both the San Francisco and Los Angeles areas. I received my Juris Doctorate in 2007 from Santa Clara University School of Law and my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa in 2002. While at the University of Hawai’i, I clerked at the Legal Aid Society of Hawai’i, providing direct legal assistance to low income individuals in the areas of family law, housing law, consumer law and public benefits. While at Santa Clara, I continued my work with low income individuals and families at the Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Clinic, acting as the primary case handler, under attorney supervision, for those seeking immigration relief. Currently, I specialize in all areas of immigration and nationality law, including deportation and removal defense, asylum, citizenship and naturalization, family-based immigration, immigrant and non-immigrant visas, consular processing, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and post-conviction relief. |
