| Introduction | I am an IT Manager of a non profit organization. I'm also a university lecturer. My current focus is on 2 areas: SharePoint 2010 and ITIL. I'm pursuing ITIL Expert track (done 2/6 exams at the time of this writing), I hope to acheive the title before Summer 2012. My current objective is leveraging Sharepoint 2010 to implement ITIL.
