Why does the taste of pennies remind you of losing a tooth?
Come to think of it... I've never tasted a penny. I have, however, lost teeth. Either having my mother say, 'I promise I won't touch it', and proceeding to yank it out, or by myself flipping backwards out of something and crashing my jaw against the floor. I was a strange kid. But I cannot relate the tastes... Tin and blood. Unless you're a robber of a mint, I find no similarity whatsoever.
