Introduction	I am a thirty-one year old mother of four who is married to the man of my dreams.I had been a smoker for 19 years trying to stop,on and off again until my dear daughter came to me and told me that she was afraid I'd die of cancer. Now most mothers know what I mean when I say,her statement gave me strength I never thought I had. Long story short I have been smoke free for one year and one day. I guess I got married and got a little too happy happy as many of us do.I noticed my clothes shrinking but it wasn't until I saw a picture of myself that I noticed I had a problem. I literally cried to my family asking them why they never told me I was so overweight. That began my weight loss journey eventhough It didn't go anywhere fast. Interests	Boating, Dancing, fishing and traveling. I enjoy spending time with family.
Favorite movies	Dont have a favorite but I like most any good movie, non of that freaky jason or witchy stuff
Favorite music	I love good music. I enjoy many types of music from diverse artists.
Favorite books	Bamboozled, I wish I had a little black dress, back porch stories, my NIV Bible

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

In my opinion they are one in the same. If one is flexable they are able to expand. Likewise with expandbility comes flexability.
