| Introduction | I take photos; however, above all what really interests me is the work of creating and imagining that goes on before taking a photograph. The photograph is the medium I use to express my abstract thoughts and the camera alone the tool to transpose those thoughts to images. The verb “to abstract” means “to take out of “. The objective of my work is for the observer to take out of it what they perceive but not necessarily what I put into it. I strive to achieve this by creating the enigma that leaves the viewer perplexed, provoking their imagination and stimulating their own creativity. |
