| Introduction | I work for the VCU AmeriCorps program as a Team Leader at a Richmond City Public School. I spend my days leading a team of three AmeriCorps members, supporting a Second Grade classroom, and providing reading interventions for First and Second Graders. This year as been an amazing experience full of hard work, moments of frustration, and lots of giggles. I plan to use this blog as a way of recording my experience and sharing the teaching materials I have developed. |
