| Introduction | I'm Kim of Kim's Creative Cakes. I started baking and decorating cakes about three years ago. Shortly before my daughter was born, I took the Wilton classes to learn some additional techniques. At first I made cakes only for family and friends. Then in late summer 2010, I applied for my LLC and became "official." Michigan passed a bill allowing me to sell out of my home kitchen without additional licensing. I love being creative with cakes and really enjoy the challenge of making something new. |
