| Introduction | Alan E. Nelson is the founder of KidLead Inc and author of "My Kid Leads!" He is considered a global expert in the identification and development of students gifted in leadership, between ages 3-23. He has a doctorate (EdD) in leadership from the University of San Diego, is the author of 40 books and over 200 articles. The Nelsons have 3 grown children, 2 granddaughters and live in Thousand Oaks, CA. Dr. Nelson has served as a lecturer of management at the Naval Postgraduate School since 2010. He has also taught at USC, Pepperdine, UCI and other top institutions. |
